This week we started our sixth and final Unit of Inquiry, Sharing the Planet. It has been an exciting week already, as we began to dig into the differences between living and nonliving things. In math we have been making connections between multiplication and division, exploring strategies to solve problems. In Daily 5, we looked at the form of poems, exploring things like the use of adjectives, different shapes and onomatopoeia. We also tried out writing some Japanese style poems, the Haiku.
